Wellmind Media Web Sites and Apps

1.0 Introduction
This Privacy Policy sets out how Wellmind Media Ltd (Wellmind Media) handles data which identifies you when you make use of one of our Apps or Web Sites. You should read it in conjunction with the Wellmind Terms and Conditions, of which this Privacy Policy forms part.
By making use of our web sites or installing one of our Apps, you consent to our collection, storage, use and disclosure of your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy.
2.0 Information We Collect
2.1 Information about You Received from our Facebook Apps
When you use any Wellmind Media App at Facebook, where our Apps are also referred to as “applications”, you allow Wellmind Media to access certain information from your profile for that site. The information you allow Wellmind Media to access varies by App and it is affected by the privacy settings you establish at Facebook. Wellmind Media may access and store some or all of the following information, as allowed by you, Facebook and your preferences:
- your first and last name
- your profile picture or its URL
- your user ID number, which is linked to publically available information such as name and profile photo
- the login e-mail you provided to Facebook when you registered
- your physical location and that of your access devices
- your gender
- your birthday
By using a Wellmind Media App through Facebook, you are authorizing Wellmind Media to collect, store, and use in accordance with this Privacy Policy any and all information that you agreed Facebook could provide to Wellmind Media through the Application Programming Interface ("API"). Your agreement takes place when you "accept" or "allow" one of our applications on Facebook.
3.0 How We Collect Information about You
We may collect information about you in any one or more of the following ways:
3.1 Information about Users and Activity
When you use one of our Apps, Wellmind Media collects and stores certain profile information that you provide directly or through Facebook. To provide a richer App play and social experience, we also collect information about your interaction. The bulk of this information is collected and stored through the use of web logs, which are files on our web servers that record actions taken on our Apps and websites.
3.2 Cookies and Automated Information Collection
When you access our websites or play our Apps, we collect certain technical information in order to analyze the usage of our sites and services which allows us to improve the service and provide a more personalized experience. We and service providers acting on our behalf, such as Google Analytics, use server log files and tracking technologies to collect and analyze certain types of technical information, including cookies, IP addresses, browser types, browser language, referring and exit pages, and URLs, platform type, the number of clicks, domain names, landing pages, pages viewed and the order of those pages, the amount of time spent on particular pages, App state and the date and time of activity on our websites or Apps, and other similar information.

In general, we collect, store and use your information to provide you with a safe, smooth, efficient, and customized experience. For example, we may use information collected from you in any one or more of the following ways:
to register your Wellmind Media account and allow to use our Apps
to administer Apps and improve App use
to identify and suggest connections with other Wellmind Media users
to enable user-to-user communications
to provide technical support and respond to user inquiries
to prevent fraud or potentially illegal activities, and enforce our Terms and Conditions
to notify users of in-App updates
to communicate about new and current Apps
to solicit input and feedback to improve Wellmind Media products and services
to resolve disputes and troubleshoot problems
to analyze trends and user traffic and gather statistical information
One important use of your information is communication. If you have provided your e-mail address to Wellmind Media, we'll use it to respond to customer support inquiries, and keep you informed of your in-App activity.
You always have the choice to stop receiving communications from us. When you receive a communication from us you will have the opportunity to "opt out" by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the communication you may receive.
We have regular and occasional emails, which users can register to receive according to their preferences. We provide users with the opportunity to opt-out of receiving e-mailed newsletters which they have previously opted to receive.
5.0 Sharing of Your Information
We will not share your personal information with third parties, that is parties other than Wellmind Media, except in the following circumstances:
5.1 Friends and Other Wellmind Media App Users
In some Wellmind Media Apps other players will be able to see your App name or pseudonym and an App profile. Access to this information may allow others to view the public information associated with your related Facebook account.
5.2 Safety, Security and Compliance with Law
Your personal information, may be accessed and disclosed (i) in response to legal process (for example, a court order); (ii) when we have a good faith belief that there is an emergency that poses a threat to the safety of you or another person; and (iii) when necessary either to protect the rights or property of Wellmind Media including to enforce our Terms and Conditions or for us to render the service you have requested.
5.3 Sale or Merger
In the event that Wellmind Media undergoes a business transition, such as a merger, acquisition by another company, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, we may transfer all of your information, including personal information, to the successor organization in such transition.
6.0 How to Access and Update Your Information
Information We Receive From Facebook When You Use Our Apps
To manage the information Wellmind Media receives about you from Facebook where you play our Apps, you will need to follow the instructions at that site for updating your information and changing your privacy settings.
Once Wellmind Media receives your information from Facebook, that information is stored and used by Wellmind Media in accordance with this Privacy Policy, and you may access and update that information as described below.
If you no longer want Wellmind Media to make active use of your information, you may send an e-mail to contact@wellmindmedia.com. Place "Delete My Account" in the subject line and include your first name, last name, e-mail address.

7.0 Your Sharing and Messaging Options
7.1 Information We Receive from Facebook when You play a Wellmind Media App
If you use our Apps on Facebook, Wellmind Media will be able to access and store profile and other information about you as described above. The categories of information you share with us will depend, in part, on the privacy settings you have established at Facebook where you access the application. Facebook allows you to control how you share information with third-party applications and websites, such as Wellmind Media Apps, through your privacy settings.
7.2 Opting out of Email Communications
You can choose to opt out of receiving e-mails from Wellmind Media by clicking on the "unsubscribe" link in any such e-mail.
8.0 Security of Your Information
The personal information held by us is held on and processed by computers situated in the United Kingdom.
Wellmind Media implements reasonable security measures to protect the security of your information both online and offline, and we are committed to the protection of customer information. We have security measures in place to protect our subscriber database and access to this database is restricted internally. However, it remains each users' responsibility to protect against unauthorised access to your login details.
For user accounts registered directly with Wellmind Media profile information is protected by the password each member uses to access their online account. If you forget the password to your Wellmind Media account, the website allows you to request that instructions be sent to you that explain how to reset your password.
If you enter payment information (such as a credit card), please note that Wellmind Media does not have access to information used for payments on our web sites through our payment provider. Payments are made through Paypal which operates a secure server to process credit card payments. We encrypt the transmission of that information using secure socket layer technology ("SSL").
9.0 Changes to our Privacy Policy
If we decide to make material changes to our Privacy Policy, we will notify you and other users by placing a notice on wellmindmedia.com. We may supplement this process by placing notices in our Apps and on other Wellmind Media websites.
10.0 Right to Access
Users in certain jurisdictions have a right to access personal information held about themselves. Your right of access can be exercised in accordance with applicable law. Please submit any requests for access to your personal data in writing to contact@wellmindemedia.com.
