These Terms & Conditions are fairly standard for most web sites and applications providing content, products and downloads. We have tried to make them as short and succinct as possible. The most important point to be noted is that the content is made available on a strictly not-for re-sale basis.

This Agreement is a legal document which sets out your rights and obligations, and those of Wellmind Media Limited, a company registered in England under registration no. 04542911 ('Wellmind',), in relation to websites and applications offered by Wellmind Media. By accessing a web site or application, you agree to the terms of this Agreement.
Wellmind's Privacy Policy forms part of this Agreement, and by agreeing to this Agreement, you also give your consent to the way we may handle your personal data in that policy.
3. Disclaimers
Your use of the Wellmind websites and applications entirely at your own risk.
Accordingly, to the extent that the law permits, you release Wellmind from all liability arising out of or in connection with it's web sites and appliactions.
You are entirely responsible for any risks relative to the utilisation, results or performance of these.
4. Maximum Liability
You wholly accept that, in case of legal claim, the liability of Wellmind shall not exceed the price value originally paid for by you for the use of Wellmind web sites or applications.
5. Intellectual Property
You acknowledge that all copyright, trade marks, and other intellectual property rights in and relating to the Wellmind web sites and applications are owned by Wellmind and you may only use them with the consent of the company. Under no circumstances are the Wellmind content to be made available by you on a public site or resold in any format.
6. Entire Agreement
This Agreement includes our Privacy policy. Together they contain the whole of the agreement between us and you concerning the Wellmind web sites and applications.
7. Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
