This program continues to stop working. Paid $30 for first set which doesn’t get you to the good ones so paid $30 more to get second set and it won’t let you log in half the time! I would not put your money in this program! It has trouble working all the time!! Not worth $60!

Throughout my pregnancy I found it hard to sleep. Listened to this every night and sent me off a treat. I also suffer with anxiety and again it's the only way I can actually get to sleep. This is amazing!!!

I have difficulty falling asleep and this meditation is very helpful- it would be more helpful if it were a bit longer!! Perhaps a little longer spent on breathing relaxation at the beginning, & quieter sound of the oars in the water

Pain Management

I suffer from chronic pain syndrome, my GP says nothing can be done just keep taking the painkillers. Since finding this meditation yesterday I have listened to it several times and cannot believe the difference I feel in my pain threshold.. I have been practicing yoga and meditation mindfulness for 20 years and this is the first time I have thought that something like this might actually help. Thank you to the developers.
