Very nice and peaceful - it put me into a deep relaxation and eventual sound sleep.

I love this imagery, but...I use these meditations for sleep, I would love to see another flying meditative journey intended for sleep based on flying. For instance, skip the city scene, which is jarring and noisy. At the very end, switch to a falling asleep message rather than a wake up message. My last comment is that in either case, the sounds early on when I start flying there is a noise that I think is meant to sound like wind, however to me it sounds like a jumbo jet. A meditation based on flying over peaceful areas and softening the sound effects would be wonderful - maybe titled “Flying to Sleep.” Thank you for your consideration.
