Great - very relaxing and a nice change following a guided meditation. I’ve only listened to it once so far but I’ll enjoy combining this with body scan and breathings space mediations in future.

Island Paradise
It was a soothing experience. Unlike other meditations, despite being a short 7 minutes, I did travel to a beach, at Stanley Park in Vancouver. Experienced deep relaxation. Thank you.
