
Falling Asleep
I often need help letting go of the chaos of the day. At those times it is particularly difficult to meditate normally because of the need to clear out thoughts and to just focus on “being calm in the moment”. . Meditainment sessions offer calming replacement for the chaos. I only have to allow myself to be taken to a substitute place which my mind visualizes. I have listened to your sessions so often that the places they take me to are real to me

Pain Management
I've tried it when in mild pain and it truly helped me to relax the muscles causing the tension in my neck and shoulders. In moderate back pain, it helped a little. Mainly because of my inability to stay focused on the meditation when in acute pain.

Island Paradise

Tropical Sands
Enjoyed the beach..but what was I supposed to do with the bottle and the note I could not read? I recorked and tossed it back in to the sea, but felt that was unsettling..maybe skip the bottle thing..not sure what it adds to the experience..otherwise, very fine Thank you.

Falling Asleep
first time,didn't fall asleep,difficulty concentrating, tried it but wasn't particularly tired,as in afternoon.night sleep a a major problem.however,very relaxing.
